Make an impact through workplace giving.
Generational impact, while you work
What is workplace giving?
Workplace giving is one of the easiest and most effective ways you can support the Love Mercy Foundation — all while you work.
Workplace giving is a program that allows employees to make regular donations to registered charities, like Love Mercy Foundation, directly from their pre-tax salary. You receive an immediate tax benefit, and your donation has an even greater impact.
It’s a simple and powerful way to give — and when employers choose to match donations, the benefits multiply.
How it works
You choose a regular donation amount (as little as a few dollars per pay).
Your employer deducts the donation from your salary before tax.
You support clean water, health care, and income-generating projects for women and families in rural Uganda — with every pay cycle.
There’s no need to keep receipts or claim deductions at tax time — it’s all taken care of automatically.
Your employer’s responsibilities
To run a workplace giving program, your employer needs to:
Offer a payroll system that can process pre-tax charitable donations.
Ensure donations go to Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) charities like Love Mercy Foundation.
Provide employees with a breakdown of donations on their payslip or annual summary.
Some employers also match employee donations, which can double the total contribution to charity.
