Cents for Seeds

Florence holds a Bachelor of Agronomy from Kampala’s Makerere University. As Head Agronomist and Program Coordinator of Cents for Seeds, Florence manages a team of 10 Agronomy and VSLA specialists. She has been instrumental in the management and growth of Cents for Seeds across the past 10 years, leveraging her skillset and knowledge to see maximum impact in remote communities across northern Uganda. She has extensive experience working with other Ugandan based non-profits, and has used this to implement changes to process and reporting infrastructure. In addition to her technical knowledge, Florence is passionate, integrous and kind – a leader that everyone wishes to be led by.
