Meet Genti!

Genti and her husband had 8 children together but sadly they lost 2, both at young ages. Her and her family then went on to lose even more during the war that raged through northern Uganda for decades, finally coming to an end in 2008. What little they did have was taken.

Since joining the program in 2010, Genti has been able to harvest enough produce to pay off her loans, feed her family and pay school fees for her children!

“All my surviving children are doing well… You are helping us so much.”
