And just like that, Christmas is just around the corner!

Every year we are humbled by the support of some of the digital world’s most desirable brands who recognise the value of giving back in the season of high sales; directing profits to support our Love Mercy projects.
Through these collaborations, we have a range of beautiful Christmas gift options that will extend the love far beyond your friends and family. These profits will have real and tangible effects on the lives of families who need our support to overcome the challenges that come after years of civil war; providing midwifery care to pregnant mothers, lifesaving vaccines through our Kristina Health Centre, or empowering women to access schooling for their children through the income they gain through our Cents for Seeds program.
Gorgeous gifts that change the world? We think that’s the ideal win-win!
Here’s the lowdown on our exciting collaborations, and other ways you can spread the love this Chrissy…

The Horse

The Horse and Love Mercy have teamed up this year to produce the exclusive Market Bag. This stunning casual bag made from cotton twill and naturally dyed leather will generate $30 from every sale directly to Cents for Seeds. $30 goes a long way in Uganda, and in this case, will provide an agricultural micro-loan to a woman in rural Uganda to begin her very own farming business. More than just a loan, she will be empowered through access an entrepreneurial support community of other women in the program. We see countless stories of women becoming financially empowered; supporting their children and grandchildren to access education, and feeding their family with their crops. Far more than a bag!

The Wanderers Travel Co

The Wanderers travel co will be contributing $10 from each of their luxuriously soft Venetian Passport Travel Clutch towards our Cents for Seeds program. If you have friends or family who are known for global wandering, they’re going to adore this leather creation with its zippered compartments and pockets for boarding passes, passports and flight essentials.

The Great State

The Great State have got you covered with the perfect stocking filler in the form of this toasted coconut and honey scented soothing balm. This versatile and unisex product is a common solution for skin complaints including nappy rash, chapped lips, board rash, cold sores, dry brittle nails and more.  It’s also a completely natural product made with ethically sourced, toxin free ingredients. We are so grateful that 10% of all sales of this product will also contribute to our Cents for Seeds program, empowering women to provide a better life for their families.

Love Mercy Store
Of course, we also have a range of meaningful gifts in our very own online store, with profits going directly towards our community transforming projects. We stock an array of vibrant artworks depicting the raw beauty of rural Uganda created by our dear friend River Bennett, The awe inspiring book: The Boy Who Runs: The Odyssey of Julius Achon by John Brant, as well as our Love Mercy t-shirts and a range of beautifully handcrafted artisan jewellery by Coal & Co.
